2.If the watch is magnetized, what should I do?

6.What's the delivery time?

For products in stock, the lead time is 3 days once details confirmed. For customized order, quantity within 3000PCs, production time is 25-40 days after confirm details.

7.What kind of customization do you accept? And What should I provide?

We welcome any kind of customization,such as Logo,Size,Color,Style,Packaging etc. AI,PSD,CDR,TIFF are the best formats. JPG, PDF, EPS are also acceptable

8.How can I confirm the quality before starting to produce?

We can provide pre-production samples to your confirmation, then we will make the quality according to that. Or please send us your samples, then we will production according to your samples.

9.What's the payment terms?

We accept T/T 30% deposit or L/C at sight. If we deal via Trade Assurance on Alibaba,you can pay via your Credit Card.
