Steps of Private label watch
Some people think that private label watch is to add the customer's logo to the original watch design, that's all. But I think private label watch is not only a realization of the customer's idea about the watch, but also an affirmation of the customer's watch design. For private label watch, we need to do the following work:
1. Sketch out the customer's watch concept. Before making a watch, you need to describe the design of the watch in the customer's mind. You have to know what it looks like. Whether the watch case is a square or other shape, you have to let the customer know that you understand his ideas and ideas before you can move on to the next step.
2. Material matching. Generally speaking, stainless steel watches can be equipped with straps of many different materials, such as leather straps, silicone straps, braided straps, steel straps, mesh straps and so on. Through the customer's idea, we draw the general appearance of the entire watch, and then give the customer an evaluation. For the places that need to be modified, we can guide the customer to modify the watch according to our professional knowledge, and finally reach an agreed watch simulation diagram.
3. Color matching. The colors of the watch are suitable, and the combination of different colors can show different effects. For example, the silver stainless steel case can be matched with many colors, such as black, blue, gray, etc., and the rose gold case can be matched with white, blue, black and so on. Through the final matching of colors, all the design ideas of the client are depicted, which completes the preliminary design. Next, you need to make samples according to the design.
The steps of making samples usually include the following:
1. Make a preliminary sample budget according to the customer's design, and then proceed to the next step if the customer agrees.
2. The next job is the same as customizing the watch. Redraw the 3D drawings according to the customer's design, and then open the mold to make the sample.
3. After the sample is completed, send it to the customer to confirm the structure and quality of the sample.
